Our final day saw continued stellar effort from Adam Godkin who really has grabbed the idea of breakthrough swimming and raced to the front of his 100 Free one more time. Clearly ahead at the 50 he held on the lead to the finish to break the 60 second barrier LC for the first time, finishing in 59.6. Following his lead was Daniel Gomez who made sure he was in the final by taking it to his heat from lane 8. He demolished the field to go a big BT in his 200 Breast, win his heat and come in 7th overall. Other results were a BT from Danny Brimm in the 100 Free and a 10th place from Rudi Plesch in the 200 Breast.
In the finals Daniel got a bit excited and went out 2 seconds faster in his first 50 of the 200 than in the morning only to feel that a bit. He had to grin and bear it the rest of the way to finish .5 faster than his morning swim and remain 7th overall.
